Kobe Bryant and LeBron James faced off for the final time in Cleveland last night, a bittersweet moment that left plenty of the area’s basketball fans nostalgic and/or a bit upset that we never got the Kobe vs LeBron Finals matchup we deserved. The two legends have squared off a total of 21 times over their respective careers, with LBJ dominating the matchup 16-5. There’s no doubt that the two players are at different stages of their basketball playing lives, with Kobe exiting his twilight and LeBron in the throws of his prime. After the game, the two legends met in the Cavs’ locker room where Kobe handed off his game-worn Nike Kobe 11s to his Nike Basketball teammate. Any handwriting specialists out there want to take a crack at what Kobe wrote to LeBron on the toebox of his Kobe 11‘s? Let us know what you think he wrote in the comments section.
