The Nike Air Zoom Generation will release at more retailers on January 25th, 2017, as Foot Locker announced that they’ll release the famed LeBron retro only at their 34th Street House of Hoops location in New York City. So does this mean that the first Nike Air Zoom Generation retro will be more limited than initially expected? That seems to be the case, at least for Foot Locker, for now.
The Nike Zoom Generation “First Game” debuted through an exclusive auction with StockX that featured an incredible box made from the Cavaliers’ actual championship court. You can read more about that limited offering here. While we wait for the highly anticipated return of the shoe LeBron wore during his rookie season, there are more colorways waiting in the future, like a rumored Nike Zoom Generation “Vachetta Tan” colorway come All-Star Weekend that’s said to reference the original “Wheat” look worn during LeBron’s Rookie Challenge game.
