Sporty And Rich Uncorks Another Handball Spezial Capsule On February 27th

Though only kicked off in 2022, Sporty & Rich’s relationship with adidas has been incredibly prolific, uniting for multiple collections each year since. While most easily identifiable for their touches on the adidas Samba, the Los Angeles imprint has equally favored the Handball Spezial, offering up a just-adjacent angle for their typical lifestyle output. As they get to work in 2025, the model is back in focus again, with three new colorways on the way.

“Simple, thoughtful design” remains in focus for inline Sporty & Rich apparel, so it’s no surprise the same easily digestible aesthetics grace all of the Handball Spezial looks on tap. Each of the three execute a darkened primary color, with “Dark Green,” Night Indigo” and “Shadow Red” in focus on the individual shoes. Subtle contrast stitching in pure white matches the laces, Three Stripes branding and heel cup, while a classic gum sole underfoot delivers the classic adidas football atmosphere. Closing out, all three shoes carry the Sporty & Rich cursive logo omn the tongue and a gilded counterpart at the quarter.
