Epic SOPH.net Collaboration Revived In This Nike Air Max Woven Boot Release

One of the more underrated, overlooked, and niche collaborations of the last decade was the duet of Lunar Woven Chukkas designed by Japan’s SOPH.net back in 2010. The Lunar Woven Chukka, which paired the Air Woven upper with the first-generation Lunar midsole, was one of the more popular Sportswear silhouettes of that year, and SOPH.net’s simple application of a “multi-color” rainbow woven upper in two color palettes were visually striking as it reminded us of the old HTM x Air Woven from 2002. This upcoming Air Max Woven Boot SE release appears to pair both of those color palettes onto one upper, making for yet another niche release on an already niche shoe.
