After shaking and baking on the court on the way to the 2017 NBA Championship and Finals MVP honors, Kevin Durant certainly isn’t too worried about any of his critics who called him a “cupcake” for leaving the Oklahoma City Thunder. That seems to be a point no-so-subtly hinted at for the next Nike KD 10 in a “Red Velvet” colorway—complete with actual cupcakes for the Nike promo shot.
The tasty colorway meant to match KD’s velvety-smooth game was previewed earlier this month in kid’s sizing, but now we can confirm that it will also be dropping in men’s sizing. The sweet colorway features a mix of University Red and black for the Flyknit upper with a speckled Pure Platinum sole.
The “Red Velvet” KD 10 drops September 1st at select Nike Basketball retailers, Nike SNKRS, and Nike.com.
