Just a day before Michigan tipped off its opening round Big 10 tournament game against Iowa, the basketball team’s Instagram page revealed a brand new Jordan Why Not Zer0.1 PE. As a Jordan Brand sponsored program, the University’s basketball team is always laced up with the newest Jumpman basketball-geared sneakers. In September, the Wolverines revealed an Air Jordan 32 Low PE as well that can be seen alongside the Why Not in the photo below the fold. As far as Russell Westbrook’s signature sneaker goes, a large Michigan “M” can be seen on the midfoot in place of customary Jumpman branding, while Brodie’s “RW” logo makes its way onto the tongue underneath the strap. Adorned in traditional navy blue and maize, these two Jordan Brand PE’s will likely be on the Wolverine’s feet throughout all of March.
While the Wolverine’s are already a shoe-in for the dance, follow the rest of the Big 10 tournament to see if they can improve their seeding and which Jumpman sneakers they wear on court at the Garden.
