During the second half of last year’s NBA Season LeBron James and Nike launched the #LeBronWatch campaign, an initiative that resulted in a number of LeBron 15 creations that drew inspiration from influential shoes and motifs from throughout the Swoosh Brand’s illustrious history. There was an ACG Mowabb-inspired color, an Air Max 95 “Neon” version, a Diamond Turf variety, and more. Last night on his way into the arena, the king of the NBA revealed a 1-of-1 player exclusive version of his 15th signature sneaker dressed with embellishments from the revered Air Jordan 5 “Metallic”. Adorned in a black, Battleknit upper, it sports a number 23 hit embroidered onto its lateral heels, red lace stays, shark teeth, and Nike Air branding on its heel loops. Unfortunately, LBJ already put rumors of a retail release to bed with an IG stories caption that read “1 of 1. That means none before them none to come”. With that being said, grab a detailed look at these Jordan x Nike crossover PEs below and check out our Sneaker Release Dates page for info on other upcoming Nike shoes.
