Runner Nathan Bell Gets His Own Nike Zoom Fly SP

Runner Nathan Bell Gets His Own Nike Zoom Fly SP

Nathan Bell is surely light on his feet, though the dextrous athlete is exhibiting some wildly unique hand-drawn motifs on a few of the pieces found throughout his recent Nike collaboration. While the apparel mixes in notes of art along performance-ready garbs, his forthcoming Zoom Fly SP is an all over mural in a style fitting of the most daring vandals. Much like the mindful doodles of Tom Sachs or the sharpie scribbles of Virgil Abloh, the adventurous release dons a somewhat DIY aesthetic, toting words of inspiration for those runners who are steps short of the finish line. “I can’t feel my legs” and “Last one gets a rotten egg” come adorned throughout the translucent upper while hits of daisies and hastily shaded swooshes further push the overall design. With more to discover upon every glance, check out a detailed look below and expect a release to hit Nike.com and select retailers on February 14th.
