Another Take On All Over Print Appears On The Nike Air Max Plus

The over-branding motif found prominent throughout the last legs of 2018 gradually disappeared in favor of more transformative toolings, but Beaverton is now slowly dosing the maximalist executions back in with the Air Max Plus seeing the label’s boldfaced branding ad infinitum. Aggressively molded white midsoles are left largely untouched with a pale white swathe sitting adjacent to the typically clear air bubbles. Foxing follows suit in neutrality with completely transparent upper molds allowing the eye to better take in the focal themes. Plain mesh adds texture to the slew of smooth leather and TPU, adorned even further by the all-over print of “NIKE” completely scattered in single file.
