Ross Dwyer 25 years after it first released, Nike’s Air Max 2 Light is enjoying yet another moment in the sneaker world’s spotlight, and now it’s set to release in a new SP edition with a wild color palette. Half USA Basketball, half loud summer colors, and entirely unique, these Nike shoes feature a dark navy nylon midfoot with a red Swoosh, bright blue leather and suede on the heel/mudguard respectively, and a bold teal mesh on both the tongue and toebox. This cornucopia of copious colors is then tied together by jagged white leather overlays and a soft tan sockliner. Down below, a white midsole encases a teal Air Max cushioning unit, and a two-tone outsole rounds off the look.
