OAMC And adidas Originals Set To Launch The Type O-2 Next Week

Brought to the public’s attention with the help of music artist Blood Orange, the OAMC x adidas collaborations are finally just around the corner. Making history with some of their early works and then collaborating with long-time friend Supreme only several weeks prior, the imprint is now readied to unveil just one half of their silhouettes with a four-part capsule of the Type O-2. Tonal is the main play here with each colorway opting for one main tone of choice. The first, a mostly subtle creation, pairs black with black: soles are darkened, maintaining intrigue through their aggressive tooling, while uppers stay simple in its smooth leather construction almost identical to the iconic Stan Smith. Switching up in temperature, the next is a minty palette of bright pastels throughout as each element — even the stitching — basks as the most vibrant of the entire range. The last, however, are much closer to one another than the previous as they both lean on the lighter end of the spectrum. One is more standard in a blank white while its accompaniment is just barely tinted pink. Grab a detailed look at each pair right here and find it releasing at OAMC on October 10th. An adidas.com and select retailers drop will likely follow soon after.
