Air Jordan 13 “Island Green” Adds Lux Croc Skin Uppers

Although summer is officially over, Jordan Brand still seems to be dreaming of warm weather and island getaways by the looks of some of their upcoming Retro models. After coloring up the Air Jordan 5 with tonal patterns and tropical teal hues, the Jumpman looks to take the classic Air Jordan 13 to paradise as well by translating that same “Island Green” energy to this upcoming two-toned colorway. Traditional upholstered uppers are assembled with a stark black leather material, and contrasted with hits of teal accents arriving on the midsole and heel overlays – a color-blocking technique similarly used on the Nike SB Tiffany Dunks. In addition, the embroidered tongue branding and signature hologram bubbles and are swapped out for metallic silver plated embellishments.
