Detailed Look At The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG WMNS “UNC To Chicago”

Somewhat in the same vein as the “Fearless Ones,” the newest women’s edition of the Air Jordan 1 — dubbed the “UNC to Chicago” — pits some of the most iconic schemes together just as the patent leather creation of the same theme. Opting for tumbled leather this time around, however, the closer to OG pair ends up mimicking iconic color blocking as it more so prefers the red toes of the ever-notable “Bred” colorway. This continues to much of the rest of the construction with adjacent panelling dyed a full block in calling with the sole unit doing the same in its standard white walls and bold treads. Placements at the rear, however, divert heavily in its preference for MJ’s alma mater: UNC blue, tinted slightly towards neon this time around, does well to break up the overlays of the swoosh, ankle flaps, and heel wraps while insignia black out by way of the signature wings at the side. Grab a detailed look at this latest entry into 2020’s round of releases, and expect to see it at select retailers as well as Nike.com on February 14th.
