Never failing in concocting colorways destined for the great outdoors, New Balance delivers their Made In USA 997 in a familiar composition that resembles a notable silver-box era SB Dunk. This pleasant motif built out by darker shades of navy, maroon, and hunter green is a near-identical recollection of the “Barf” edition by Nike Skateboarding from the Fall of 2003, with the outsole hue falling just short of what would be a perfect homage to that classic. There’s no denying these have the potency to rival some of the best NB collaborations of the year, but standout GRs have always been a strong suit for the Boston sportswear brand. This latest 997 is available now at the shops listed below.
