The Air Max 720 has certainly inspired a new generation of Nike models this year, spawning collaborations with OBJ and UNDERCOVER and even touched newer collections within the Swoosh family such as the IPSA and D/MS/X collections. And one of the more recent models that have emerged with the bulbous Air cushioning unit is the Air MX 720-818, who’s space-ready themes are gradually starting to pop up more often. After dressing up with flight-jacket outfit just last week, the Sportswear silhouette has made yet another appearance on our radar this time with more minimal accents. Its nylon base layers are left untouched leaving the upper halves in pure white, leaving the exposed stitching and traditional gridded patterns found on the mudguards to stand out overtly. However, its the colored accents here that give this makeover some life, as yellow hits infused the tongue badges/insoles, followed by the golden that line the heel overlays that add a tiny dose of royalty flair. Expect these to drop on Nike.com in the coming weeks for $200, and enjoy an official look here ahead.
