With a nauseatingly frequent set of releases throughout the month of December, it’s difficult to imagine what else adidas Yeezy can do with their staple silhouettes, but as we transition over to 2020, it seems they’re further proving that they have many surprises in store. Among the forthcoming Yeezy 350 colorways set to arrive, this “Desert Sage” is certainly one of the most unique, bearing a colorway recognizable for its militaristic inspirations — specifically the look of an ever-classic MA-1 in olive drab. The outside taking on the latter hue almost entirely, it forms a shell with accents sparing throughout the weave, though a reflective finish now dresses the profile stripes, doing away with the subtle contrast the model exemplified with its legion of toolings prior. Elsewhere, you can see there’s no heel pull — a consistent trend for newcomers into the family — as well as a stark orange lining, further furnishing with direct correlation to its muse. Sole units are mostly ordinary upon quick glance, but their midsection deviates, starting at the toe and ending at the heel, embellishes with a streak of lighter shade. Grab a close-up look at the “Desert Sage” Yeezys right here and find it rumored to release during the early months of 2020 for a retail of $220 USD.
