Earlier last week, Nike rebooted its homage to ACG through the Air Max 95, adding atop fur linings and the portrait of the ever-famous Nike Hike Man. And now, not too long thereafter, they’re scheduled to transition the very same treatment to the reconstructed Air Force 1 Shadow.
A mirror image in color, the pair essentially dyes its various fixtures the same palette as the aforementioned. Darker tans coat the textured suede found along the toe cap, lace unit, and heel, while more neutral variations of the same pigment dress underneath in the form of robust canvas and what appears to be tumbled leather. Double Swooshes then kick off the more eccentric motifs — layering neutral strips atop embroidered checks — in complement to the similarly multiplied eye stays and back sole. Then, to align further with the All Conditions Gear ethos, the insole bears warming fur and the sub-label’s friendly mascot.
Grab a detailed look at these here and expect a release to arrive on Nike.com hopefully within the coming months.
In other news, a Laker LeBron 18 is in the works for later in October.
