With a roster of innovations such as UltraBOOST foam and Primegreen textile, adidas has been leveraging technology to advance the future of footwear in the comfort, performance, and sustainability fronts. The crossover of technology and design continues with the upcoming adidas 4DFWD Pulse—a silhouette that takes the adidas 4DFWD a step further by incorporating a geometric heel design.
Soon to launch in a kids’ “Core Black” colorway, the model sports a black mesh upper that consists of recycled content. Reflective decals in the shape of three stripes are emblazoned across both sides of the style for sleek branding. A black cushioned midsole is used, although the heel reveals the iconic adidas 4D sole in white. Unlike most adidas 4D propositions, the 4DFWD Pulse sees an angled heel cradle that not only delivers an edgy, futuristic design but also improves runners’ strides by gliding the foot forward.
Enjoy official images of the adidas 4DFWD Pulse below, which will be available at adidas.com on August 12th with a price tag of $140.
In other Three Stripes-related news, Bad Bunny has an adidas Forum Low “White Bunny” in the works.
