Jared Ebanks The late Peter Moore’s 1985 silhouette has had no trouble reinvigorating itself for the future of streetwear trends as the Women’s Dunk has taken on the forefront of the models reconstructed nature. Disparate from the Sky High Dunk and Dunk Disrupt renditions, the Nike Dunk High Up is a simplified offering in regards to its counterparts with its unique fabrication. This time around, the hues of the Naples staple combination of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry are treated in the perfectly coined “Neapolitan” colorway.
Conserving its original silhouette, the diverse high-top renders a tasteful collection of flavors with a shadow-like layer of light pink suede peeking beneath beige leather overlays and laces while a soft sand tone fills the remaining quarter, heel and vamp panels. A chocolate brown cork-like Swoosh alongside a matching pull-tab is accented with the a secondary equivalent in the rose variety adding to the refurbished look. And in keeping with the buffed up women’s models, a double stacked midsole flaunts a vanilla tinge while the opposing fudge spotlight graces the trim of the outsole as the remaining space is filled in the formers color.
While Nike continues to add to its delectible menu of Dunks, enjoy official images of the Nike Dunk High Up “Neapolitan” as we anticipate a release within the coming weeks for a retail price of $120.
