Japan’s atmos and New York City’s Staple have struck a balance between solo efforts and joint-endeavors unlike many other brands. To kick off the new year, both institutions are partnering on a three-piece capsule headlined by the PUMA Suede VTG.
Akin to Jeff Staple’s past interpretations of the classic PUMA silhouette, the upcoming proposition features a clean leather base accompanied by pitch-dark panels at the toe and heel, as well as bolder suede hits at the profiles. Varying pigeon logos are stamped on the lateral heel of left and right shoes, with a mismatched arrangement also taking over the aforementioned profile branding. Underfoot, the sole unit opts for an all-black finish that allows for details throughout the sneaker’s top-half to revel in the spotlight.
Enjoy campaign imagery of the pair ahead, and find it at atmos outposts come Jan. 19 for approximately $120 USD.
