The New Balance 991 Prepares For Fall In “Elm” And “Brown Rice”

It’s clear that New Balance is beginning to invest heavily in its MADE in UK offerings. The 991, for instance, has received collaborations with the likes of Aime Leon Dore, JJJJound, and Palace. And in preparation for Fall, it’ll even be adding “Elm” and “Brown Rice” to its inline catalog.

A simple, understated offering in its colorway, this 991 is predominantly dressed in the above shades of brown. The two alternate across the upper, while cream tones mark the trims adjacent. Hits of navy, then, come in along the “N” logo as well as the adjacent details, from the “991” embroidered atop the heel to the leather tabs along the heel as well as the tongue.

Enjoy a closer look at this New Balance 991 via the retailer imagery below. Though currently available overseas, it’s not yet confirmed when exactly this pair will be releasing here in the states. For now, sit tight and stay tuned for updates.

In other news, official images of the Air Jordan 2 Low UNC surfaced earlier this morning.
