Equipped with a double-stacked midsole and Zoom Air pucks, the Nike Zoom Type manages to fuse streetwear style with comfort technology to deliver a sleek yet “deconstructed” design. While a “Summit White” Nike Zoom Type was seen back in September 2020, an upcoming pair takes the all-white look further with nylon materials.
The standard suede uppers are switched out for a gridded nylon construction that gives the pair the futuristic edge to make it into a techwear enthusiast’s sneaker rotation. Black applied to the graphic side Swoosh, heel tab, and contrast stitch details add stark contrast while crafting a greyscale color palette. While the midsole is colored in white with black found underfoot, the forefoot’s Zoom Air unit opts for a shade in between, namely “Pure Platinum”. N.354 branding on the medial side completes the crisp offering.
You can make the Zoom Type yours when it drops at Nike.com in the coming months for a retail price of $150.
In other Nike news, another flora-inspired Air Force 1 has surfaced.
