Fresh off being unveiled in an-exclusive colorway by Social Status, the Nike Waffle One has emerged in yet another impressive in-line style. For its next proposition, the retro-inspired silhouette has borrowed the “Scream Green” tone often associated with Tinker Hatfield’s iconic Air Huarache.
Ostensibly for women, the forthcoming pair features a semi-transparent base that boasts the aforementioned hue, as well as an equally-vibrant blue toward the heel. Synthetic and suede panels along the rear also indulge in the aqua-reminiscent tone, while reinforcement around the forefoot deviates from its underlay in favor of a simple “Sail” makeup; the swath around the tongue follows suit. Sole units that’ve drawn comparisons to sacai‘s collaborations also opt for an understated color palette, but profile swooshes round out the summer-ready look in a faint neon green.
Enjoy official images of the pair here below, and expect the shoes to hit Nike.com throughout summer.
Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, the Air Jordan 1 “University Blue” arrives on March 6th.
