The Nike Air Max Genome is a newer proposition from NIKE, Inc., but it’s already emerged in a couple of ensembles rooted in heritage. For its latest archival visit, the model has indulged in a “Grey/Volt/White” color palette that’s reminiscent of other notable pairs from the Nike Running catalog.
As with previously-seen iterations, the forthcoming pair boasts a greyscale arrangement across its mesh, synthetic and perforated leather upper. Profile swooshes and accents on the tongue deviate from their muted surroundings in favor of neon green flair, perhaps most-commonly associated with the original Air Max 95. Yet, the newer silhouette makes its boldest statement with its full-length Air Max unit underfoot, which indulges in the “Volt” hue. Reinforcement throughout the outsole boasts a varying shade of the pair’s titular tone, with the rest of the tread reverting to shades of grey.
A Nike.com release date is unknown, but this Air Max Genome is likely to launch soon. While you wait, enjoy official images of the shoes here below.
Elsewhere under the Swoosh empire, the Nike Giannis Immortality recently surfaced.
