Ahead of the PGA Championship, the Air Jordan 4 G has appeared in a couple of impressive, non-traditional styles. Soon joining an “Apricot Agate”-colored pair covered in seersucker is a bright teal and purple ensemble complete with ripstop nylon construction and trail laces ostensibly inspired by Nike ACG.
While its weather-resistant properties – if any – haven’t been disclosed, the forthcoming Air Jordan‘s build should prove exceptional under rough conditions. The aforementioned nylon takes over most of the upper, being interrupted by the model’s signature profile mesh windows and TPU components around the heel. A vibrant orange joins the mix across the rope laces and Jumpman logos on the tongue and heel, nodding to the overtly-visible footwear produced under NIKE, Inc.’s All Conditions Gear category. Underfoot, much of the midsole keeps to a simple white and black arrangement, but modified-for-the-gold-course outsoles boast a semi-translucent finish accompanied by black spikes and teal contrasting accents.
