Following the (controversial) success of the Nike Go FlyEase, the North American conglomerate has been reimagining some of its most popular and important silhouettes with design components that allow wearers to put on the shoes with little-to-no use of their hands. Up next on the schedule is the MetCon 7 FlyEase, which promises a reliable and supportive footwear option to all gym-goers, regardless of accessibility level.
Akin to its non-FlyEase iteration, the forthcoming shoe maintains a low-profile with the same performance-oriented updates. Nike React cushioning makes its way onto the model, which pairs well with the collapsable heel and lockdown strap across the mid-foot – two new features – for a comfortable fit. The model’s lack of laces ensure nothing will become undone during intense workouts, while the revamped rubber detailing throughout the MetCon 7 enables enhanced grip and traction for all activities, be they rope climbing or speed work.
Enjoy images of two of the new silhouette’s inaugural colorways ahead, and anticipate a Nike.com release soon.
