Though no EU icon, the Nike Air Max Plus 3 is still a worthy successor to its unnumbered predecessor. And with its latest colorway, the silhouette only further follows its big brother’s footsteps as it makes use of the very same crinkled metal print.
But what it does with it is a bit unique. Rather than shroud the graphic in blue once more, the pair prefers a more subdued, greyscale palette, creating a look near reminiscent of a snow-laden scenery. Elsewhere, the construction is far more solid-colored as every other piece — e.g. the toe cap, mudugard, counter, tongue — is dressed in a clean black set-up.
