Recently, Tinker Hatfield’s iconic design emerged in a color-blocking reminiscent of its original styles. Shades of grey, white and black divvy up the mesh, suede and leather makeup that appears across the upper, with TPU panels at the vamp, spine and profiles donning a rich blue hue. Inaugural “Laser Blue” takes on a shimmering metallic finish at the profile swooshes, which delivers a refreshing update to the decades-old Air Max. Underfoot, the sole unit maintains its traditional form, including waffle-patterned traction.
