Each year Nike pays homage to the longstanding history of its Just Do It monicker. From spewing the brand’s many logos across its Air Max cushioned series in 2018 to adding golden metallic hang tag pockets to its OG on-court toolings last year, 2023 is looking toward a luminous tie-dye synonymous treatment.
Expected to include a number of the brand’s archival models, the Bruce Kilgore design opts for a vintage aesthetic warped with reimagined logos. The Air Force 1’s staple “Triple-White” color blocking achieves a near-clad composition, curing everything from the flat leather panels to the fuzzy collar lining and ballistic mesh tongue construction. Elsewhere, a titular finish is applied to the Jewel mid-foot Swooshes and upside-down heel tab logo in an assortment of tie-dye hues. The remaining branded embellishments at the tongue and insoles follow suit with a half-reversed, half-right-side-up appearance while the lace dubraes spell out “Just Do It” using a cursive enamel.

In other news from the Beaverton brand, the Nike Zoom Vomero is establishing a bamboo-reminiscent palette for the summer.
