Every now and again Jordan Brands general release offerings stand in a similar vein to the various professional teams across the country. Recently, the Air Jordan 1 Mid got in on the “Yellow Ochre” action with a timely undisclosed tribute to both the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers.
Utilizing the latter two organizations shared black, white and yellow color palettes, the divisive mid-top model emabrks on its prototypical color blocking as the bright white mid-foot pale, tongue and laces receive a stark monochrome contrast within the jet-black heel overlays, Swoosh and collar lining. Joining both of the silhouette’s upcoming low and high top forms, a “Yellow Ochre” accent comes infused within the mudguard, quarter overlay and Jumpman insignia affixed to the tongue while a pitch-dark vamp illuminates the aforementioned placement at the forefoot.
Enjoy a first look at the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Mid “Yellow Ochre” below while we await further release details.
