Salehe Bembury is never not working.
Over the last handful of years, the American designer has become a household name thanks to his work with a number of brands, including Crocs. As creative director of the “Pollex Pod” collection, Bembury has brought his love for the great outdoors and determination to leave a legacy behind to Crocs. Thus far, the partnership’s most successful project has been the Pollex Clog, a silhouette that pairs a thumbprint-inspired design with Crocs’ iconic clog. The injected foam offering has launched in tonal styles like “Horchata,” “Sasquatch,” and “Cobbler,” and is set to drop in “Niagara” soon.
Presumably inspired by Niagara Falls, the laceless model features a bluish grey ensembles. Reinforcement at the toe and across the outsole deviates in a semi-translucent tone that injects further personality into the shoe. A canvas-donning strap reprises its role at the heel, rounding out the latest design by Bembury inspired by nature.
Enjoy official campaign imagery of the pair ahead, as you wait to secure your size via beaspunge.com on July 20th.
