The Air Jordan 38 Low Gets Drenched In “Crimson Tint”

A potentially commemorative colorway.

The Air Jordan 38 Low Gets Drenched In “Crimson Tint”

With the reveal of the Air Jordan 39 earlier this month, the days of the Air Jordan 38 are numbered. Until a potential retro run down the line, the next few months will likely introduce the very last colorways for the silhouette. Beaverton creatives are clearly set on making those ones to remember, with the low-cut “Crimson Tint” edition now emerging.

The titular peach coloring truly envelops this shoe pretty comprehensively from head to toe, though some complementary “Orange Pulse” tones break up the profile in select spots. Keeping these from monochromatic territory are the black accents dotting the Jumpman’s backdrop and the sockliner. It’s likely fair to compare these to similarly composed Air Jordan 38 “Center Court,” a clear WNBA edition of the shoe. While this shoe doesn’t bear the league’s logo on its tongue, it’s hard not to notice similarities in the palette. Regardless of whether that’s the official intention, this pair aligns nicely with the model’s already established tendencies.

The Air Jordan 38 Low “Crimson Tint” is set to drop on May 14th with a $175 sticker price. Below you can find official Nike imagery to get familiar ahead of this shoe’s launch.
