First Look At The Air Jordan 4 Net

Jordan Brand pushes the defining feature to the absolute forefront.

First Look At The Air Jordan 4 Net

The 35th anniversary of the Air Jordan 4 has brought a ton of product to shelves. Of course the focus is on new colorways of MJ’s fourth signature, but spinoffs and overhauls have also come on a steady basis, beginning with the Jordan 4 RM and potentially followed by the just-unveiled Jordan All Court. Earlier this year, we recieved word of a shoe somewhere in the middle, a true Jordan 4 that still switches up the formula quite a bit. New images just landed of that colorway, this Holiday’s Air Jordan 4 Net.

It’s truly all in the name with this pair. Readily apparent in these first look images, the netted quarter panel goes fully unrestricted, sprawling out across the lace unit, creating a cage-like appearance as it stretches up beyond the tongue. The backtab is also slightly modified to match the same principle, taking on a perforated look that mirrors the traditional construction of the eyestays. In terms of palette, the Air Jordan 4 Net opts for an all-white, “Pure Money” like colorway, opting to let the out-of-left-field hardware speak for itself. For a few final touches, gilded hangtags and a snowy shoe tree arrive alongside this shoe.

Even when just mock-up images were available, this shoe was instantly polarizing, understandable given how big of a departure this is from the mainline Air Jordan 4. However, the ’89 silhouette remains the hottest in the Jordan Brand catalog, so despite the eccentric swing, these will likely still command major attention. The Air Jordan 4 Net drops on December 2nd, exclusively in women’s sizing for $210. Keep an eye on our Jordan Release Dates page for further updates as we near this shoe’s launch.
