On the eve of the Fourth of July, Nike SB released a special colorway of the Nike SB Dunk High in a patriotic red, white, and blue and inspired by Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Born in the USA’ album artwork. Here’s a look at the unreleased version, which features subtle differences from the ones that hit retail; the sample version features a clean denim finish, while the released pair has frayed edges for a more rugged ‘American’ look. Of course, you can’t be more American than repping the flag, which the sample pair does not (the released version has an American flag replacing the Nike SB tag on the tongue. More images await you so check out the unreleased version and let us know which version of the Nike SB Dunk High ‘Born in the USA’ you prefer, and pick up this size 9 sample from hype_ills on eBay.
