With apologies to the Top Ten Hi, the adidas Originals Metro Attitude is the single “most ’80s” of any of Three Stripes’ models. Much like the Dunk and Air Force 1 for Nike, the Metro Attitude has turned out to be supremely versatile and it even serves as the base for a few of Jeremy Scott’s wacky designs. This one is a straight up Metro, but the colorway is no less ostentatious than J.Scott’s best, its neon sections divided between suede and faux-snake plus black accents that reminds us of a superhero that never existed. But the kicks are real as day and you can pre-order your pair in advance of their January 2011 ship date from CrookedTongues.
