When you consider the wide range of fashions that we’ve seen in the past, denim blue jeans are right up there with the business suit, polo shirts and more recently tshirts — these are the items we can’t live without. Streetwear companies know this, and they’ve helped the more discerning of us put together looks that are both down-to-earth and beautiful.
On the leading edge of this balance in the denim world is A.P.C. World renown for their elegant, unbranded dungarees, they’re now setting their sights a bit lower — on the feet to be exact.
A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou felt Nike “should never have stopped producing” the 1975 All-Court tennis shoe, so he applied A.P.C.’s minimalistic style and brought ’em back. Appearing in white, these three pairs feature an accent colour on the Swooshes, heel tab and tongue tag. There’s one in red, another in dark blue, and the last pair is all white. We expect these in January, so stay tuned to SneakerNews for updates. Via Refinery29
