While we already knew that the bigwigs over in Beaverton weren’t exactly flying coach, the Nike Air Hangar is a whole new level of business travel. Yep, this 40,000 square foot facility out in Oregon has three G5’s sitting in the hangar but that’s not all. Also featuring a gourmet kitchen, exercise rooms, and a full on lounge-it’s safe to say that guys like Tinker Hatfield may never have to step foot in a regular airport again.
Speaking of Tinker, the Portland based architecture firm TVA designed this one of a kind space, and has had a hand in designing many of the sports centers on campus at the University of Oregon-Tinker’s alma mater. In fact, the two recently collaborated via the TVA designed Matthew Knight Arena, where Tinker came up with the plans for the unique on court design.
