Jason Petrie recently confirmed that there would be no ‘South Beach’ colorway of the Nike LeBron 9, but the ‘Cannon’, much like last year’s ‘South Beach’ LeBron 8, is LeBron’s display of affection and gratitude to his fans in Miami. Releasing exclusively in Miami, a month ahead of the nationwide limited release, is the Nike LeBron 9 in the Cannon colorway; it features a military-themed colorway, which signifies the 2010-11 Miami Heat pre-season training at the military base in Fort Walton Beach in Florida.
