adidas Basketball’s adiZero Crazy Light, Stupidly Light and Ghost releases this year have pushed the boundary with regard to how lightweight a basketball shoe can really be, an idea originally examined by the builders of running shoes. It all comes full circle (and then takes another lap) with the new adidas Originals H3lium ZXZ Runner, a model based on the beloved ZX 8000 built using techniques pioneered by the F50 soccer boot. The H3lium is a lightweight and breathable, but still provides the kind of support and comfort you need, all while keeping this cutting edge running tech wrapped in a casual-friendly package.
