One of the strongest reasons why fans of the OG Mids learned to embrace the new strapless version last year was the timeless beauty of the ‘Brickhouse’ red suede edition with white accents and a gum rubber sole. They moved quickly and those who favored the look will have another chance to get something just as pleasing on this new Nike SB Dunk High that should hit retailers during the third quarter of this new year. These joints crank the red up a notch both in terms of height and tonal expression, sporting a Safari print leather on the overlay along with a more natural grain on the Swoosh. Dunks nearly always look good with white midsoles and the gum bottoms come through again for another all-red success, but are they clearly better than the all-suede Brickhouse Mids?
