While the Superstar shelltoe is one of adidas Originals more common releases, the variation pictured above comes around far less frequently. So it’s a nice surprise to see a new adidas Originals Ultrastar shelltoed lowtop hit retailers, this black leather design featuring colorful outlines on its branding that leave these a basic green shade away from a blacklit Olympic Flag. Then again, it’s just as easy to see an Oly-connection in 2012 as it is to come up with a suitable match for the five most primary pigments, and this pair just arrived at Japan’s mita sneakers.
