Is it still considered a collaboration if the two companies coming together are corporately linked? The last time Hurley and Nike came together nobody had any qualms about calling it that, and the recent Jordan x Converse pack fit into that category pretty well given the cross section of ideas and branding so we’d say so. The latest is the Hurley x Nike Free Run 3+, a pack that extends beyond the sneakers to dip into something Hurley is a bit more accustomed to with a set of their super popular Phantom board shorts to match.
