The Nike LeBron 8 ‘Flamingo’ aka ‘Miami Nights’ was designed as a celebration shoe for LeBron James first NBA Championship last Summer, but as we all know, that prediction was one year too early. Regardless, the ‘Flamingo’ Low-tops still released as a mere special-edition and is among the best of the LeBron 8 chapter of releases, but Jason Petrie once showed us a ‘Mid’ version (that consequently set the world of LeBron followers on fire). Here we have another look at this Look-See sample of this controversial shoe, and clearly, the Mids were never meant to go beyond ‘look and see’. But if these did release, would a LeBron 8 V/2 ‘Flamingo’ Mid be one of the greatest LeBrons ever, perhaps rivaling the ‘South Beach’? Let us know what you think. Photos: lookseegoods
