Even if we’ve come to learn that arguably the best three colorways for 2012 were shelved, it’s still great to have the New Balance 1600 back as part of the regular rotation. This new makeup gives us a little taste at what could have been from Boylston Trading Company’s nixed ‘Liberty, Justice & Freedom’ trio, as the CM1600FR arrives in red suede and mesh plus select grey and reflective silver elements. Cincinnati retailer Corporate nailed it when they noted that “there is no hype to these. They are for those with great tastes that is all,” and you can see more proof after the jump below.
