If the graphics on the special “Nai Ke” Air Force 1 Low for Chinese new year look familiar, that’s because you have indeed seen them before. Nike Sportswear recalls some of the characters from the “Tianjin” Air Foamposite One, which you can see with the comparison shots provided here. Going with a more simple and clean look than the rather busy Foams, the Air Force 1 opts for a crisp white leather base with the graphics placed in key areas, along with bold “Nai Ke” text in Chinese embroidered in red on each heel. It’s still unconfirmed if the Chinese New Year Forces will release exclusively in China or receive a global release, so stay tuned to Sneaker News for further details.
