adidas To Open Factory 55 Creative Space In Brooklyn

adidas To Open Factory 55 Creative Space In Brooklyn

In conjunction with the expanding adidas POD System silhouette, the Three Stripes is set to introduce the world to the “Factory 55” Creative Space in Brooklyn, New York. Billed as a temporary creative studio, it was deigned with the POD System’s mission of “great alone, better together” in mind, meant to encourage local creators to come and hone their skills and learn new techniques. Inspired by the brand’s “open source” approach to design, it is meant to inspire outside creatives to help shape the direction that the brand is headed in with its new footwear.

Public creators will be able to utilize Factory 55’s services from August 2nd – August 5th with seminars in magazine and poster making, a neighborhood photography session, and a how-to on screening t-shirts. On top of those seminars, a rotating assortment of NY-based DJs will spin in the space, as well as a merchandise customization studio, and the “Better Together” art exhibition. For more information on the new Factory 55 design studio, be sure to check out adidas.com/factory55 and stay tuned to adidas.com for the release of more POD s3.1 colors.
