Jordan Proto React Inspired By Epic “Maybe I Destroyed The Game” Ad

In 2008, Jordan launched a “Maybe I Destroyed The Game” ad campaign in support of the upcoming Air Jordan 23 that touched on MJ’s inimitable legacy and his unmatched impact on the game of basketball. During the minute long spot, the Goat runs through a list of attributes that make him one of the all-time greats encouraging aspiring athletes to put in the work that helped him rise so far above the rest of the league. In the ad, we see a an array of blue bleachers and scenes from MJ’s North Carolina locker room, leading to the sport blue ripstop upper responsible for the focal point of the upcoming Jordan Proto React pictured ahead. Much like a Jordan 1 Mid that released just a few days ago, this React’s tongue boasts a “Maybe I Destroyed The Game” tag in familiar Jordan Brand font. A stark white midsole and creamy React-equipped outsole complete this look that furthers the Jumpman’s increased emphasis toward its growing Flight Utility aesthetic. With official images of this brand new iteration available ahead, you can expect pairs to begin releasing on Nike.com and the other usual suspects in the near future.
