Nike Debuts An All New Free Run Flyknit Running Shoe

Nike Debuts An All New Free Run Flyknit Running Shoe

Running has always been one of Nike’s indomitable pillars, often overtaking lifestyle as they continue to push innovation after innovation. But after striking controversy with their time-reducing silhouettes, the brand is taking a step back to focus more on consumer grade product. And obviously not without their fair share of surprises, these offerings mark the latest entry into the Free Run lineage, updating the cushioning for 2020 with a freshened “Type 3.0” namesake. Sleek and inordinately low profile, the two forthcoming colorways refine the line-up’s sock-like variants with a futuristic aesthetic. Tongues, which lead up to a simple branded emblem, depress by way of their hidden elastic fixtures and their adjusted weave; adjacent, more aggressive patterns outfit with threads of white and one of two accent tones: a vibrant fuchsia and a lighter Volt. The latter — though the same as its alternate in leather heel wrap panels, sliced tooling, etc. — departs with extra features as Nike Free logos and slogans emblazon just along the medial side. Grab a detailed look at both pairs in detail below and expect a release to hit Nike.com likely once running becomes viable again.

In other news, the Nike Aqua Rift is getting some vibrant color blocking.
