Nike’s Focus On Sustainability Lands On This Upcoming Air Max 95 With Recycled Wool

The Nike Air Max 95‘s milestone 25th anniversary has come to a close, but the silhouette isn’t turning to obscurity. Instead, it’s lined up an impressive roster for 2021, with the latest to emerge being a “Black/Electric Green/Smoke Grey/Light Bone” option complete with recycled wool-construction.

One of a handful of Nike Air Max propositions rooted in the Swoosh’s sustainability efforts scheduled to launch in early January 2021, the forthcoming take on Sergio Lozano’s design primarily indulges in a dark color palette. The aforementioned fabric adds texture and contrast to the pair’s profiles and tongues, while serrated stitching adjacent to its placement on the former area introduces an eye-catching “Electric Green” tone. Miniature swooshes on the lateral heel also sport the high-vis hue, as do the visible Airbags throughout the midsole. Lastly, outsoles partake in the Nike Space Hippie‘s regrind material, which delivers both eco-friendly tooling and flair.

Enjoy official images of the sustainability-focused Air Max 95 here below, and find pairs available at retailers come January 7th, 2021.
