As adidas preps for the official launch of the UltraBOOST 21, the brand continues to tend to the model’s predecessors. For its latest proposition, the Three Stripes has applied pastels to the performance-running sneaker.
Primeknit uppers indulge in either a tonal “Sky Tint” or two-tone styling reminiscent of Rorschach tests. Profile 3-Stripes deliver spring-ready tones, with “Yellow Tint” and “Clear Pink” joining the palette. Underfoot, BOOST cushioning differs between the silhouette’s two newly-released options: one iteration proffers a light blue makeup, while its counterpart goes all-in on “Core Black.” Both pairs, however, feature Continental rubber outsoles, which have proven durable enough for timed races, trips to the corner store and everything in-between.

Elsewhere under the Three Stripes umbrella, the Stan Smith has recently emerged in a handful of Disney-Pixar themes.
